Michael Ochieng Wamaya, i was in born April 1985 in Siaya district, western Kenya. Life to me has all been full with the struggle to get whats for tomorrow, a better world for those after me, a country that every one will be proud to be in. a county that is safe from poverty, HIV and AIDS,crimes, drags and corruption. I have to fight all this till the end but am only a human.
But i do believe that art is the tool that will be able to let the nation be free. With art we can express a lot, to let people Know the safe parts of life. The change of the nation is not in the hands of the fathers or elder brothers but it is in the hands of THE younger sisters and brothers they are the change that the nation needs.
Thats why am more into working with young ones to express a lot. in September 4th and 5th we had a kibera talent stimulation tournament the main aim of the tournament was to create hygiene awareness to them and the kibera community, through foot ball,dance and music.On 16th September we also had a social day called jiamini for dancers in the east lands of Nairobi, we had different young dancers and rappers from kariobangi, korokocho, huruma, dandora and mathare. jiamini was sponsored by getto portentiol GP
